Brave Zebra Work Coaching

Hello Followers!

At the end of last year, I announced that Operate Well’s new focus would be to support the neurodivergent worker experience, providing both one-on-one coaching and organizational consulting for neuroinclusion. I’m still full steam ahead with these changes, and am excited to share about these changes:

  • Operate Well, LLC is now composed of two names: Operate Well Consulting and Brave Zebra Work Coaching
  • Operate Well Consulting’s new focus is on building neuroinclusive operations; learn more here!

More about Brave Zebra Work Coaching

Brave Zebra Work Coaching supports people who want work that feels more aligned, sustainable, and true to who they are. My approach affirms neurodivergent experiences and focuses on helping people shape their environments — not just adapt themselves to systems that may not be supportive to begin with.

I offer a blend of career, job, and business coaching that I call work coaching, grounded in systems awareness, neuroinclusivity, and practical skill-building. Together, we might explore career direction or transitions, navigate a job search, redesign how work fits into your life, or identify accommodations and workplace environments that allow you to do your best work.

For many neurodivergent professionals — including autistic individuals and people with ADHD, dyslexia, or complex PTSD — coaching may involve creating more space for rest and recovery, strengthening self-advocacy, or building sustainable work rhythms. For others, it may center on identifying roles that better match their interests, strengths, and ways of engaging. Often, we look together at past work experiences to understand what worked, what didn’t, and how those insights can guide more informed decisions moving forward. Each coaching relationship is tailored to the individual, and my role is to support and accompany you as you build a work life that fits.

Coaching is collaborative and client-led. You bring your goals, questions, and lived experience; I bring structure, tools, and thoughtful guidance to help you move toward greater clarity and sustainable action. Our focus stays on your present and future — what you want, what’s getting in the way, and how to build a work style that genuinely supports you.

My passion for this work comes from my own experience as a late-diagnosed autistic professional with ADHD. I have experienced firsthand how workplaces can misinterpret or overlook neurodivergent strengths and needs, sometimes leading to burnout, interpersonal challenges, or missed opportunities. These experiences inform my commitment to supporting individuals and to creating more neuroinclusive work environments.

Brave Zebra Work Coaching is for leaders, job seekers, career changers, and creative entrepreneurs — especially those who want more balance, feel stressed in their current work life, or are looking for practical tools to move toward work done on their own terms. Because together, we can find a way or make one.

If you or someone you know is navigating a career change or seeking work that honors their strengths and needs, I may be the right coach. I offer complimentary discovery sessions, which you can schedule at www.calendly.com/operatewell
