As hinted, Operate Well has been undergoing some exciting changes over the last few months! After thoughtful reflection and planning, I’m thrilled to announce that Operate Well is relaunching with a fresh look, a renewed vision, and an expanded scope of services! (Check out www.operatewell.com).

When I started Operate Well Consulting in 2021, my goal was to help small business owners simplify their work by applying principles of industrial engineering and process improvement. While this work was deeply fulfilling, I realized there was a critical piece I wanted to explore further: the human side of things. My industrial engineering background equipped me with powerful tools for optimizing processes, but I wanted to understand what makes work meaningful and satisfying for people, what drives team success, and how leaders can create environments where their teams can thrive—not just get by.

In 2023-2024, I returned to school to study Organizational Development and Leadership at Fielding Graduate University, an online institution known for its advanced degrees in the humanities. This experience not only deepened my understanding of what makes organizations thrive but also helped me grow personally, uncovering my passions and beliefs. This journey has made me a more authentic and effective partner to the organizations I support.

Although the company name remains the same, Operate Well has evolved. I now bring a richer perspective, combining my expertise in process improvement with a focus on people, culture, and change. My mission is to empower leaders and their teams to thrive by aligning their people, processes, and culture in meaningful ways. Check out “How We Do It” (below) to learn more.
